March 18, 2004 - Realogic Analytics to exhibit at
the 2004 Commercial Real Estate Expo
Property management teams rely on quality products and services to keep their buildings
in top condition and provide the best environments for their tenants. To keep current on
whats available to them, property professionals turn to the 2004 Commercial Real
Estate Expo hosted by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Suburban Chicago
(BOMA/Suburban Chicago) on Thursday March 25, at the Schaumburg Corporate Center.
New this year, the EXPO will focus on new products, solutions and services and will
include a keynote luncheon, 2 concurrent education workshops and 4 new product

Solution Selected As Pikes Pick
Ellipsis 3.0, a lease abstracting and administration application, was selected as one
of nine Pikes Picks at the upcoming PikeNet Forum in Chicago, April 2-3. These nine
companies were selected to present their innovative products and services to the
conference attendees on April 2. This years Pikes Picks were chosen based on the

Minneapolis, MN - July 23, 2002 - Active IQ Technologies, Inc., a leader in

Successful Launch of ELLIPSIS 3.0
Chicago, IL - Realogic Software, Inc., a provider of software solutions for the
commercial real estate industry, has announced the successful launch of Ellipsis®
3.0.
Ellipsis® 3.0 is a lease management solution that merges the information needs
of decision makers with the latest in technology, providing a total lease administration
tool for day to day management of lease data, the abstracting of leases associated with
due diligence and the business-to- business exchange of lease data.
After an extensive and exhaustive beta testing program throughout the past 3 months,
the software is now available. "We have no doubt about the functionality and

Chicago, IL - Mr. Dale Vanderlaan, President of Realogic Analytics, Inc., was a
featured panelist during the May 2001 Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) seminar.
Of the issues presented, Dale Vanderlaan addressed the current and future technology
levels in the critical lease management cycle and offered a solution that standardizes
this process.
"During our ten years as owners of a commercial real estate consulting business,
we've seen the inefficiencies caused by the lack of an abstracting standard. Critical
lease data is tracked in word processing or spreadsheet applications and is often hand
written. These formats make lease data difficult to share and hard to link to dcf or
accounting software. So, according to Dale, Realogic developed Ellipsis® to
standardize the process of abstracting, managing and sharing critical lease data."
"It all starts with the lease," according to Dale. "The foundation of
