INTRODUCTION
Ellipsis 3.0, developed by Realogic, standardizes the lease abstracting process, providing a total lease administration tool for the day to day management of lease data, the abstracting of leases associated with due diligence and the business to business exchange of lease data.

GOALS
This class is geared towards individuals with little or no experience in Ellipsis. Ellipsis will be presented in a thorough, understandable format, providing the information needed to utilize its robust functionality. Sample properties will be abstracted, providing a hands-on learning environment. The goal of this class is to enable users to obtain and input quality lease data, manage this data and share this data with others, both inside and outside of your organization.

9:30-12:00 		Introduction and Brief Overview
This section reviews how lease administration has evolved within the past decade and how ELLIPSIS was developed to meet the changing needs of industry professionals involved in the effective management and administration of critical lease data.


Ellipsis Tower
This section is where the students are exposed to ELLIPSIS. The trainer uses a sample lease (Ellipsis Tower) to take the students through the abstracting process:· Navigating Ellipsis· Entering Building Data· Entering Lease Data
